INSEE Ecocycle engages with the Community in Katunayake, Where We Do Business

Ecocycle team celebrated its 15th anniversary last week with yet another CSR engagement in Katunayake, where we do business.

Dharanagama Sumanarathana chief incumbent of Jayarajaramaya – Adhiambalama temple is an active member of Community Advisory Panel (CAP) of Pre-Processing Facility in Katunayake. The clergies and the community around the area have always been supportive of the company’s efforts in the area, especially in initiatives such as, blood donation campaign and many more.

That is precisely why our INSEE Ecocycle team members came together to show a small gesture of gratitude through a CSR activity at the temple.

Around 20 Ecocycle team members voluntarily spent their weekend cleaning, painting the temple and its main hall. The team not only went above and beyond the call of duty, but also felt motivated to see the community benefitting from the program.
